Horrible online experience

I ordered a tracksuit off here and I received a confirmation through email and DHL tracking number. When I checked the tracking it said my parcel was at the warehouse. I kept checking for the next 4 days and it was the same thing, I contacted customer support through live chat and they said they'll look into it but i did not get a response back. After 10 days of checking and asking customer support on an update it was still at the warehouse and no communication from footlocker on the matter. Two weeks later they tell me that it was lost in DHL's sorting facility and offered me a refund!!I was really annoyed but I ordered the same thing again... they lost my parcel during transit.It has been 7 days since they told me they'll investigate and just over 3 weeks that my money has been stuck with them altogether.

Customer Service super delayed

Customer service is clearly very limited and extremely slow and then you have brexit! I returned my trainers using the ups returns sticker I’m the box as advised to do so. I posted it 04/01/2021expecting a slight delay as brexit had just kicked in and they were holding freight at the border however the item appears to have not even left the uk and was returned to me yesterday 10/02/2021 at my home address. The contact made to Footlocker was very delayed I sat in a chat room for over a hour in a queue to get cut off when I reached no:3, I tried calling but was on hold so long I gave up, eventually I emailed and got a response 5 days later! The girl I spoke with said she was able to see UPS were claiming to deliver it that day however shock horror they didn’t arrive until they hit my door step yesterday! UPS literally appear to only employ bots to run their phone lines and tracking live chat rooms. Luckily for me I got the product back but I will have to sell them online in order to receive a refund of any kind! Honestly the worst company to shop with and won’t be purchasing anything in the future!

Wow what a bad experience

Wow what an experience , ordered a tshirt, didnt arrive for 2 weeks so i emailed customer services, was told item had arrived???? So i asked them to show me the proof and i received a photo of a package in a dirty bin from 2 weeks ago ! So i messaged them back that there was no note or package delivered to my adress, i emailed customer services many times and have just been ignored, thier customer services department is a joke , i wont be ordering from them again

After purchasing an order and waiting 2…

After purchasing an order and waiting 2 weeks, I discovered that my order was cancelled because they did not have the item in stock.I still did not receive any refund for order its been weeksorder number 31900440115210151568.

We waited in total 4 weeks for delivery…

We waited in total 4 weeks for delivery from the point of order, which is disappointing because they are technically ‘in stock’. Really pleased with the trainers though and got them for a great price so we weren’t too fussy about a refund etc. Order fulfilled correctly and a happy Son in the end

Absolutely Rubbish..AVOID!!

Ordered on the 2nd January and it’s now 25th January and still nothing. Asked them to cancel the order which they said they can’t do. Will never order from them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Please take note potential customers…

Please take note potential customers this companies customer services are the worst I have ever experienced. The company takes payment but do not despatch impossible to talk to a customer service agent as they have closed this line. Computer blot is a total waste of time it puts you in a queue to speak to an adviser then disconnects before you can speak to anyone. I have tried this on 3 seperate occasions today and each time im disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM FOOTLOCKER

I ordered a pair of Air Force on the 1st January and still haven’t received them or any tracking information. IV emailed numerous times and had no reply. The live chat kicks me out every time. Do not order from footlocker! Customer service is disgraceful.

If I could give no stars I really would…

If I could give no stars I really would , AVOID FOOTLOCKER AT ALL COSTS ! , I ordered some trainers way over two weeks ago now , got a email saying going to be a delay due to issues at the port . Ok fine but they do not update you on anything , tracking number doesn’t work , there is no contact number for them and the live chat doesn’t let you stay on for longer then 5 mins before it disconnects you . Such a waste money

I ordered some trainers in December…

I ordered some trainers in December right at the end of December which still haven’t arrived it said it will take a few days arriving therefore it has Taken weeks and they still haven’t arrived I hope they do arrive soon.

Worst experience ordered trainers, received 1 in a box. This was september, its christmas week now and still no resolution or contact from footlocker. Appalling service

I wish I saw these reviews before…

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering! The tracking provided is invalid on Hermes site. I got through the bot and 54 people in front of me to speak to an agent with headache inducing use of the English language to be told, Hermes lost, can’t do nothing for 5 working days, then actually it hasn’t left the warehouse yet wait 5 working days, then he admitted he doesn’t know and could do nothing. I was promised a call back from management but of course no one has called 2 working days later.. the order is a gift for my son I’m really disappointed. Won’t be surprised if footlocker go into administration in the new year and we never see our money or goods!
